Art on Loan RotationAug 6
The Winfield Arts and Humanities Council maintains a collection of original artwork. The purpose of the collection is to support local and regional artists by purchasing art work in a variety of style and media; to continue to build and maintain a quality collection; and to make it available to members of the community by placing pieces in public spaces for viewing.
Included in the collection of original art work are paintings in oil, acrylic, and watercolor; drawings and prints (etchings, lithographs and block prints); posters; pottery; sculpture; photographs; and folk art. Most of the posters are reproductions. All pieces are available for loan for a period of 1-2 years.
ART ON LOAN is available to businesses, medical facilities, educational settings, and any space accessible to the public.
