2024 Art in the Park

October 5, 2024    10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Island Park   -   Winfield, Kansas

Requirements

​

• All vendors are required to pay a $40 location fee

• All vendors are required to provide proof of insurance

• All vendors are asked to bring a 50 Ft., heavy-duty extension cord.

• If a hose connection is desired, bring a "Y" adapter.

• Vendors are responsible for tables and other items necessary for setup.

• Vendors must be responsible for disposing of their own trash in trash bags with secure closings in a dumpster provided by the city.

• Food Vendors are restricted from selling artwork and crafts.

Set-Up

​

Park will be open at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 4th. All vendors with trailers will need to be set up between 2-5 p.m. Gates to the park will close at 7 p.m. There will be no overnight security. Gates re-open Saturday, October 5 at 6 a.m.
