Requirements:

Eligibility is for families on the KanCare United Healthcare Plan . Simply bring in, or upload, your Member ID card and complete a sign-up form to utilize our scholarships!

Full application must be completed for each participating child, including required documentation.

Classes must be approved before payment, to verify class has available space, so please allow for a wait period before paying for classes.
